The Federation membership shall be comprised of the following categories:

(a)   Ordinary Membership Ordinary membership shall be granted to organizations that meet the membership eligibility criteria.

(b)  Associate Membership Associate membership shall be granted to an organization involved and interested in the promotion of the objectives of the Federation.

(c)    Honorary Membership Honorary membership may, with the approval of the delegates conference, be granted to individuals and organizations that have identified with, contributed or rendered distinguished services to the promotion of the Federation’s objectives.
