She is much known for good administrative skills, hard work and integrity. She holds vast experience in organizational behavior. Patience is leader who believes in managing transitions at corporate and personal levels. A very strict person, when it comes to accountability of all organizational resources. Her entire focus is on building people’s skills, systems, and a new culture at FFOU. Patience worked for SMART Telecom before Joining the Federation.

Semitala Hamid aka Semix is a family man. He joined the Federation of Fisheries Organisations in Uganda in 2020. He is a professional tutor in Computer Programming & Critical Thinking.
Hamid’s objective is to demystify programming and create usable systems for social importance. Hamid is a complete full-stack developer with an experience of over 8 years in the following languages:

Many know this young woman as a very hardworking person. She is committed and eager to learn.

Ms. Asaso has worked for FFOU for over 5years. She remains very committed, very loyal and she is known for her good timing keeping ethic.
Manager Research & Development
An Eloquent Multimedia Programmer, Frank holds an experience of over 20 years in Field content production & design. He is a consolidated team leader and player, and a very humble and ambitious team player.
The Field of Fisheries in Uganda needs content, So far with his skillset, The Federation keeps the best documentaries about Local Species and we are doing much more everyday to develop local Fisheries content for the development of the sector.
Fields Assistant
Baliruno Ivan (Mr.) is a fields assistant at the Federation. His ground works with Fishers make him to be grounded with a vast experience and knowledge about the affairs of the fish traders in Kampala and around Lake Victoria
Procurement Officer
A very hardworking young man with a strong passion in Sports, Mr.Barungi is the procurement officer at the Federation. He joined the Federation in Mid 2021, his goal is to Keep the Federation under proper statutory lines with the PPDA in all the Federation does to acquire or dispose.
